Includes one notarized act (with the legally required $10 notary fee) conducted during a secure online session. The package also includes non-notarial services such as personalized guidance to prepare for your remote notarization and priority scheduling for your convenience.
Additional notarized acts are available at $10 each. Witness services are offered for $10 per witness.

Acceptable forms of identification include a current driver’s license, state ID card, passport, or military ID issued by U.S. authorities. The ID must clearly show your photo, signature, and personal details and must not be expired. This strict verification ensures your notarization is legally valid and protects against identity fraud.

The following documents cannot be notarized on the Proof platform:
Documents intended for use outside the United States, including those submitted to foreign embassies.
Certified copies of certain official documents (e.g., court-issued documents, birth, marriage, or death certificates) where prohibited by state law.
Marriage certificates: Notaries cannot perform marriage ceremonies remotely. This restriction does not apply to notarizing Marriage by Proxy documents.
Documents that appear tampered with (e.g., with cross-outs, white-outs, cut-and-paste edits). Notaries have the right to refuse notarization if fraud or alteration is suspected.
Documents in which the notary is named or holds a beneficial interest, as generally prohibited by state law.
